Lorne Kelton, M.Ed., is an award winning speaker and consultant and is president of ThinkShift Performance Solutions Inc., a learning and development company based in Montreal, Canada. Lorne works with organizations throughout the world to leverage their human capital in the areas of Leadership, Critical Thinking, and Employee Engagement. He is also an executive coach and the author of several books on personal and professional development. Lorne is fluently bilingual in English and French.
Regina Pereira is the lead business development manager at ThinkShift Performance Solutions Inc. Her extensive sales and management experience in the hospitality industry coupled with her superior customer and relationship building skills ensure that all clients receive unparalelled support throughout their engagement with ThinkShift. Regina is fluent in English, French, and Portuguese.
Shawn Ireland, Ed.D, is the managing director of HRC Group, a global learning and organizational development company based in Vancouver and London. Shawn is also a psychologist who works with Fortune 500 companies to improve leadership, manage performance, initiate change, and consult on the effective use of virtual teams.
Alex Szerenyi, BA, has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector where he held a number of senior management positions. Alex focuses on bringing innovative learning practices to organizations to achieve performance breakthroughs in leadership, coaching and sales effectiveness. Alex's overriding passion is his desire to enhance the success and profitability of an organization through its most valuable resource – its people.
Karl Kelton, B.Com., has 29 years of consulting experience focused on the design & implementation of solutions that deliver hard dollar savings and benefits to clients. Karl has international consulting experience having worked in England, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong/China, and the US. His areas of expertise include: Operations Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Re-engineering and Performance Management, Due diligence, ERP Evaluation, Project Management, Change Management, Strategy Development & Deployment, Market Analysis. Christian Milot graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal with a certificate in Professional training. His field of expertise is competency development with a focus on effective skills and knowledge transfer on the job. Christian's background includes training materials development, call center trainings, group animation, management coaching, e-learning analysis and webinar development. He has supported the implementation of structured on the job training and competency assessment programs with multi-national corporations. Christian is fluently bilingual and can adapt to any environment requiring French or English interventions.
Yvonne Thevenot, P.Ag, MBA, CFP is a coach, mentor and relentless advocate for business effectiveness. With each project, she draws on her extensive experience in corporate change management and business transformation. Her expertise has been applied in sales effectiveness, technology implementations, and process enhancements in the areas of retail and business banking, wealth management and insurance.
Tina Lombardo, MA, is an expert in the design, development, and delivery of blended learning programs in industries such as financial services, energy, transportation, and travel. She has managed learning and development teams and has facilitated coaching interventions from mid-level management to front-line staff.
Cathy Donaldson, CHRP, is the President of HR Management Services, a firm specializing in HR services to small and medium size organizations. Cathy has over 20 years of experience including 10 as Vice President of HR for a multi-national travel conglomerate where she managed all aspects of HR for over 1,400 employees. Cathy is a Certified Human Resources Professional as well as a Certified Stress and Wellness Consultant (SWC) with the Canadian Institute of Stress.
Maurice Lavergne has been a Business Consultant and Corporate Trainer for the last 12 years and previously enjoyed a successful career in the Banking Industry. His experience includes facilitating & training in Financial Planning, Risk Management, Coaching, and expertise with Relationship Management tools. Maurice is a certified trainer through the BC Provincial Instructor program and is fluently bilingual in French and English.
