The 2nd "C":   Clarity

The "Clarity" C is about communicating a clear vision. Make sure your staff understand your vision and the business goals.  Engagement is dependent upon your employees clear understanding of their goals and what they, as individuals, want to achieve. Tell them what the business goals are, why they are important, and how they can be achieved. This speaks directly to Core Engagement question #1 “I understand how my work contributes to the vision and objectives of…”  Break down your business structure for them and show how the parts fit together.
