The "Congratulate" C is all about Feedback & Recognition. Too often employees report receiving immediate feedback when their performance is poor or below expectations and that praise and recognition for strong performance is much less common. Exceptional leaders give recognition and they do it often. They also coach (the 11th “C”) and convey a lot.
