The "Consistency" C is about repeatability and being predictable. Whether you are currently engaged with your team or not, it’s critically important to apply these engagement principles consistently with all employees all the time. A lack of consistency is one of the fastest ways to destroy trust. Consistency is one of the building blocks of trust because it’s what creates a history between you and your employees.
